The name I want is already used by an app

One of the names I am considering for a (web) product is already in use by an iOS-only app, with some overlap in subject matter but different focus. I have the .com and, as far as I can tell, the name is not registered as a trademark. Google shows <500k hits for that name, mostly from a few years ago -- it looks like they haven't had that much success.

Would you still use the name, even though (at least initially) search results will be mixed with the unrelated app? Thanks!
