    Summary of what's the limits?

    1. 1

The new limits mainly concern the number of connection requests: from 100 per day to 100 per week.
However, if you do not use LinkedIn to prospect or if you send very few invitations (max 10 per day) the limits will still be 100 per day.

I got restricted a few times actually. The last time was a month ago but not because of requests rather viewing profiles.

Don't know if you know this but if instead of opening a profile in a new tab you go to it from the search bar (of LinkedIn) you're not going to get restricted from watching many profiles

Good idea, we are working on integrating this method. We will first test whether this method is really effective (with statistics)

The LinkedIn game is just going to keep getting harder and harder I guess. But the good thing out of it is the quality as you rightly mentioned in the post. I've seen so many spammers just blasting out LinkedIn invitations.

I run an agency myself and prospecting/connecting is big part of my work too. But I try to ensure that I connect only when I feel that I can genuinely help someone out.

There has to be some way and quality control to keep this in check.

Anyways, this was a good read @Sphaxxer007! Thanks for sharing!

The lead magnet technique is good but it should be explained a little more. Maybe dedicate an article on that rather than redirecting? But the trick of receiving invitations is good I'll test that.
