The Only Billboard is live on Product Hunt today

Today I launched The Only Billboard on Product Hunt.

It is a one-slot online billboard: one image or message stays live until the next buyer takes over. Each takeover raises the price, and every replaced entry remains permanently in History.

This is the honest starting point: the audience is still small, there are no paid customer ads yet, and Claim #1 is open for $1.

I’m testing whether temporarily owning the only live spot—and keeping a permanent place in History—is enough to make people care about what appears next.

I like how explicitly you’ve framed the test here.

The first few claims should give you something more useful than general launch attention: actual evidence around the behavior you’re trying to validate.

Thanks — that’s exactly the distinction I’m trying to learn from. Launch attention is nice, but the useful signal is whether anyone actually wants to own the spot, even at $1.

So far, the answer is still “not yet.” I’m going to keep testing different audiences rather than treating this as only a founder or tech product.

That’s helpful context. I appreciate you being open about what the test is showing so far.

I’d like to continue the conversation outside the thread. What’s the best email to reach you on?
