The Origin Story

We built a Google Sheets add on to stop copy pasting Amazon reviews for hours.

At Smacient, we work closely with marketers and e-commerce teams. And one request kept coming up in different forms.
"Can you help us get Amazon reviews into a spreadsheet?"
Sounds simple. It is not.

Amazon's product page shows you a maximum of 100 reviews. There is no export button. There is no way to filter by star rating at scale. The Amazon Product Advertising API, which sounds like it should solve this, does not expose reviews at all. Not one endpoint.

So teams were doing it manually. Open product page. Scroll. Copy rating. Paste. Copy review text. Paste. Next page. Repeat. For hours.
We timed it. A thorough review pull across five competitor products was taking around five hours per project. And that was for someone who was fast and focused.

We decided to fix it.

Marketing Data Extractor is a Google Sheets add on we built and listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace. You paste in ASINs or Amazon product URLs, set your filters (star rating, keyword, verified purchase, region), click extract, and up to 500 reviews per product land in clean structured rows in your spreadsheet in about two minutes.

No code. No API keys. No Amazon seller account. Just your Google account.
Free to install with 30 credits included. Paid tiers start at $9 one time, and credits never expire.

We built it for marketers who needed a real workflow, not a workaround.
