We built Dibsido, a one-click booking app for hybrid offices, after a few unexpected pivots and a lot of listening.
It all started with a simple tool for managing company pool cars for a single client. But as we spoke to more companies, we noticed the same problem repeating itself: coordinating desks, parking, and meeting rooms was a mess.
Every company had its own chaotic system — spreadsheets, emails, post-it notes, and Outlook invites...and none of it scaled well in a hybrid setup.
That’s when we decided to build something better.
Dibsido takes the chaos out of workplace bookings. With just one click in the app, your team can call "dibs" on desks, parking spots, or meeting rooms. From setup to daily use, it simplifies everything for both employees and admins.
🧭 Key features:
Book desks, parking, and rooms in one app
Interactive office maps for easy reservations
Space analytics to track usage and reduce costs
Works on web, iOS, and Android
We also offer a free plan for teams of up to 20 users 🚀
What started as a small internal tool has grown into a flexible solution for companies rethinking how their offices work.
Now we’re helping companies around the world make hybrid work actually work.

Interesting to revisit this after a few months. The buffer idea is simple, but the bigger shift is treating meeting time as part of the workflow rather than isolated events. Curious whether this became a habit for users in practice, and what you learned from that.
