The platform to share know-how with other entrepreneurs

Hello IndieHackers!

As a founder and CTO, I have always felt like I was missing key insights and know-how when browsing for solutions for my applications.

Most solutions exist somewhere on the internet (blogs, subreddits, forums, ...) but I never knew which are best practices, which are only recommended for initial validation, which are for growth, etc. And, most importantly, what are the honest opinions of others that have used those solutions before.

By talking with many other entrepreneurs, freelancers, and digital-makers I was usually getting much more actionable advice. I found other platforms such as Clarity that encourage a mentee/mentor relation, but I believe that the entrepreneur community should be able to share know-how in a much more interactive way. Both in requesting for help or in offering it.

I have therefore created PeerPull, a platform where entrepreneurs can collaborate and interact with each other in a place that encourages so with an included video-call and custom search solution.

Members can create their own profile (with your own customizable link) to state what are your strengths and what you would like to collaborate with.

What catch-phrases do I use?

  • Get the best personal interactions to solve your problems faster and smarter.
  • Connect your questions to the know-how.

To create a balance between supply and demand of help in the platform, I have designed PeerPull to use a virtual coin system. For IndieHackers, sign up with this link and get +3 free Peercoins.

Feel free to leave your thoughts here and or PeerPull!

    Okay I like the idea.

    Just visited your website.

I like how it shows, I assume the most recent or hand picked members on the front page.

Before joining, something that would entice me, maybe, would be if I could see the topics that were solved/people with questions that got help. I don't know, something to think about?

    My IH cents.

Hey Navinp, thanks for reaching out!

We use a custom score to rank profiles based on their completeness and number of things they can offer help or need help with.

That's a good point! Maybe including the number of meetings someone has been in would make other members more trustworthy? I Will definitely think about it.

Made great iterations over time! In love with the progress so far :)

Would encourage everyone to give it a try. This is probably the closest I've seen a p2p platform. My account: https://peerpull.com/joalavedra
