the problem
for me the problem was editing videos. as a person who does faceless you tube i get long form videos and make short form TikTok/you tube shorts content with them and i found it so tedious too go through hours of video just to find 1 or 2 worthy clips so i built this app to do it in minutes.
The pain is easy to understand. The interesting part is whether the app can consistently surface clips that are actually worth turning into shorts, rather than just finding moments that look interesting in isolation.
