The product that works isn’t necessarily the best one, but the one with the best distribution.

That’s what I’m starting to think as an Indie Hacker.

I launched IdeaPz 8 days ago. The goal is simple: find out if people would actually pay for your project.

→ People vote on whether they would pay for it
→ Interested people can leave their email to the creator

The project has been pretty well received by Indie Hackers, so thanks again for all the feedback.

But now I have a dilemma: should I focus on adding features or on outreach?

IdeaPz needs constant traffic to work, so outreach is important. But I’ve also received a lot of interesting feedback and want to keep improving the project.

Doing both at the same time is difficult for a side project.

What do you think: 50/50, between outreach and building?
