The public only knows renters insurance. But Relo has a new type of product.

Rent protection insurance or landlords default protection is a new type of insurance product and we are one of the few companies that are offering this product at the moment.  The public only knows renters insurance that covers your personal items but our Insurance will cover the renters from default or becoming homeless. There are few solution at the moment to ensure renters stay in their homes if job loss does occur.

At Relo, we believe anyone who is already renting with renters insurance would add Relo insurance to help cover loss of income as a secondary Insurance. Based on the data we collect from renters, they can only afford our Insurance if it's in their financial  range. We will only vouch for renters in that range! This eliminates the risk of rent default, we keep renters in good standing, safely in their homes.
