As a good Italian I love pizza but I'm more fascinated by its ecosystem.
It's a complete food, cheap and fast.
Pizza, in my opinion, is one of the best investments.
Pizza has no boundaries.

I’m also a pizza lover myself. I started making my own around 2012 I went so deep into pizza making that I went to Italy to take a course. It was a great experience.
Later I try to have my own pizza business around 2014, without an actual place, just delivery. I would make them, take the orders and deliver myself.
It was a great experience and I did end up earning a little more than what I put into it. But I had other things in my life at the time and it was just a side thing on the weekends.
Now I look at it like a very time consuming business, but there’s a lot of new companies creating pizza tools, mostly ovens, for home makers and I’m pretty sure they’re doing great.
