I used to spend most of my time building and very little time knowing.
Knowing if people cared.
Knowing if they would pay.
Knowing if the idea had legs.
The gap between idea and proof was too long. And in that gap, motivation fades and doubt grows.
So I built ShipAhead to compress that gap. If I can get an AI SaaS live in hours, I get proof faster. Either validation or rejection, but at least it’s real.
Since doing this, I’ve made more progress from small launches than from months of isolated building.
If you’re stuck optimizing before proving, shrinking the distance to real feedback changes the game.
