Talked to a creative director managing 9 clients last week. She's got content calendars planned 30 days out, everything approved, and production teams ready.
Her biggest fear? "I have no idea if any of this will work until after we post it."
The actual problem:
Agencies operate on "plan and pray":
Map 200+ posts/month
Get approvals
Spend thousands on production
Publish
Then find out if it worked
By the time data comes in, the budget's spent and the calendar's moved on.
What I'm building:
Sreve Creator — lets teams predict engagement before production starts. Not replacing creatives, just adding a validation layer between ideation and execution.
Early signal: Teams are telling us it's less about "creative AI" and more about "confidence AI".
The insight:
Everyone's solving for ideation speed. Nobody's solving for decision confidence.
Agencies don't need more ideas. They need to know which ideas to bet on before committing resources.

Current status: Testing with 15 agencies, seeing interest from D2C brands too.
Anyone else building for creative/marketing teams? The sales cycles are brutal, but the pain is very real.
