The Remote Work Problem Nobody Talks About 👀

You can have 20 people on Slack.

20 people on Zoom.

20 people online.

…and still feel like you’re working alone.

The problem isn’t communication.

It’s visibility.

In a physical office, you naturally know:

👋 Who’s around
💬 Who’s available
🧑‍💻 Who’s focused
☕ Who’s taking a break
🤝 Who you can quickly talk to

Remote work removed that ambient awareness.

That’s what we’re trying to bring back with RovaSpace.

A virtual office where your team can simply be there — without another meeting, another notification, or another “Are you free?” message.

Remote work shouldn’t feel like working alone.

Your team should feel present. 🌎

This is so true. Remote work can keep everyone connected but you can still feel completely disconnected. That simple feeling of knowing who’s around and who you can quickly talk to is something people don’t realize they miss until it’s gone. Visibility really does make a big difference.
I’ve been working on similar visibility problems from the SEO side too: http://www.magentoseoconsultant.co.uk
