The right way to be customer-centric

Whenever I see an article on customer-centricity everyone talks about the same principles. No one talks exactly how they did it.

But flodesk did in the podcast linked below. Helped me look at users in a different light.

They articulate clearly about

  1. Founder-market fit - Why they aren't simply gunning for product-market fit but above that aiming, for understanding the market they target really well
  2. Customer led growth - Their belief that they will succeed only when the user succeeds is at the heart of every decision they make
  3. Amplifying small voices - Instead of driving growth based on influencers, they empower loyal customers typically small businesses by rewarding them
