The simplest app that makes money

I used to get caught up in trying to make everything perfect and as a result, I wasn't making any progress. So this year, I made a conscious effort to break that habit and just start creating. Even if it's not perfect, taking small steps is better than doing nothing at all. http://essay.bar

Totally agree! It's hard to just put stuff out there and be okay with "good enough" but it gets easier. Knowing you have the ability to iterate and improve helps.

Also the link you shared isn't resolving.

I've resolved the issue, please try again.

Why does your app sometimes produce words that don't make sense?
like this "okveeern tehyeeisr alnidf esthiamrep tchlaanw sd.o gTsh,e ya nodf ttehne ye.."

      ChatGPT is your competition, lol

Cool site! Since you're using GPT-3 and just offering a wrapper, how are you making back the money on API costs?

No pricing plan has been determined yet. I am evaluating various options to find the best pricing strategy for my product or service. I will communicate the pricing plan once a decision has been made.

Nice site! Maybe to offer 2 paragraphs of text for free, and to build subscription plans by the length of the essay

Love the idea of a watch app for poker players! Super cool

Unfortunately, some people do not have enough money that they earn at their main job, and people are looking for opportunities to earn extra money. For me, sports betting became such an option. I found this site where I find italy serie a tips and other useful tips. Success came not at once, but it did, and now it is my main source of income.

I recently posted this story in a summarized form directly on this site (since people always complain about linking out) , BUT I don't mind someone else reposting either ! Glad you enjoyed it! This is definitely a more entrepreneurship friendly community than Hacker News as you can tell by the comment section!

I’m doing the same methodology with my latest app - keep it simple, concentrate on specific function and no outside dependencies if possible.

It's impressive to be able to create a product that is both simple and successful, and I'm sure your hard work and ingenuity will continue to pay off. Keep up the great work!

This was a really interesting experiment. I wish I knew how to code - I'd probably try the same thing as you. It's a good learning process regardless of the outcome. And it's not like you failed anyway, you actually met your target of selling it. Congrats!

      Never too late to learn.

Best thing I've read this month. I like the idea of making something scrappy, and not wasting a lot of time on it, but also as you've shown, stuff that is put together quickly isn't always the best. Valuable lessons here. Thanks for sharing.
