Hey, Nic here, long time no see!
Happy new year and compliments of the season to you all, its been a minute but great to be back after a much needed break.
So we ended off the year with the previous issue being sent out to roughly 1200 of you, which always puts a smile on my face, and it's been a pleasure growing the newsletter. So what's in store for for this year?
Well a few things actually. First, I really like the idea of making a bonus column styled, Sunday newsletter which I'm hoping to experiment with this year, but don't worry, it will be completely optional. More details on that at a later date.
Secondly, a career change. Yes, that's on my list this year and maybe now is a good time for a change of scenery.

let's hope that 2021 is a good as that flaming dumpster fire known a 2020, a year so momentous they named it twice.

My picks of dope newsletters for this week.
This weeks featured newsletter is Alternative Assets.
Alternative Assets is (as the name suggests) a newsletter about alternative assets that showcase investment ideas worth exploring. Two personal favourites of mine was an in depth look at how to buy a private island and flipping newsletters for profit. If you need an introduction into AA, definitely check those two out.
The newsletter is written and put together by @stefanvonimhof, who is currently the head of product at Flippa. We got acquainted a few months back and its been a pleasure to watch AA mould into what it is now and definitely a unique newsletter with some genuinely interesting stuff that makes you anxiously wait for the next issue.
