The slowness of bureaucracy...

While our application is mainly finished we currently run into trouble with company registration and bank accounts. While the company is registered in Germany I live in Portugal. The new wave of "hipster direct banks" in Europe apparently don't like to issue bank accounts to partnerships. German tax authorities need bank account details before they can issue tax id numbers and banks need the tax ids before issuing bank accounts.

We finally found a bank which accepted our application, however enabling our account still might take up to 5 days. It's a waiting game. Did I mention waiting for our D-U-N-S number to get our corporate account set up with Apple?

When we are through this we are very happy to launch and progress our on our journey <3
