Hey, I'm Alessandro.
I built FixerLab because I needed it myself — a clean, no-nonsense tool to manage my repair lab: customers, devices, repairs, spare parts inventory, and financials, all in one place. No bloated enterprise software, no per-seat pricing madness, no data sent to who-knows-where.
It grew into something solid, so I decided to open it up.
What is FixerLab?
FixerLab is a SaaS platform for independent repair shops and small labs. You get your own workspace — customers, devices, repairs, spare parts with reorder alerts, role-based staff access, audit logs, backups — all managed through a clean web interface.
You don't install anything. I handle the hosting, updates, and infrastructure. You just log in and run your shop.
Try it free for 30 days — no credit card needed.
After the trial, you can keep going for a very small monthly fee. If you want to attach photos and videos to your repairs (great for documentation and customer trust), there's a slightly higher tier that unlocks that too. Both tiers are priced to be a no-brainer for anyone running even a part-time repair bench.
Why Patreon?
Servers cost money. Development takes time. Supporting this project here helps me keep the platform running, improve it continuously, and keep the pricing absurdly low for everyone.
Members also get a direct line to the roadmap — I want to hear what features matter most to the people actually using it.
If you run a repair shop and want to stop managing everything in spreadsheets or sticky notes — try FixerLab. If it becomes part of your workflow, consider supporting it here.
Thanks for reading.
