NeuroReader was born from a deeply personal experience and a clear vision: to make reading more accessible for everyone, especially those who struggle with traditional formats.
The Inspiration
Our founder, Gabrielle Coriolan, has dyslexia and autism and faced lifelong challenges with reading comprehension and retention. Despite excelling in other areas, she often found that existing reading tools were not designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind. Many solutions were rigid, uninspired, and failed to provide the customisation necessary for a truly accessible reading experience.
Gabrielle realised that reading shouldn’t feel like an uphill battle—it should be intuitive, engaging, and tailored to the reader. Why should neurodivergent individuals struggle with a one-size-fits-all approach to reading? With this question in mind, she set out to build NeuroReader—an AI-powered reading assistant that adapts to the reader, not the other way around.
The Problem & The Need for Change
Traditional reading tools often fall short for people with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent conditions. Many struggle with:

Visual stress from static text formatting
Retention issues due to cognitive overload
Limited accessibility features that don’t cater to their unique needs
With millions of people worldwide facing these challenges, Gabrielle saw an opportunity to create something more advanced, personalised, and empowering.
