Thanks a lot for sharing pdf document.

I am solo founder doing outbound sales i.e cold email, call, DMs with product pricing $130 per month i.e ACV around 1.5k USD.

Currently I am relying heavily on outbound only i.e email + calls. Do you think cold email + calls is good approach for low ACV saas products? Is there any min requirement for ACV in order to implement outbound sales?

Reason why I asked because I have tried social selling approach but it is very unpredictable and time consuming. Any suggestions?

A general rule of thumb is that under 5k USD ACV then direct sales won't be worth it. UNLESS you can sell with 1-2 touch points.

      I'd ask myself:

      1. what value can I create for my ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) that paying 10k+ will be worth it for them?
      2. what value can I give away for free that people want to share with others? (creates awareness, trust, and inbound leads)

When you say you've tried social selling what do you mean in specific? :)

I agree that it can be time consuming, but then again when done right you can fit it into just 1 hour a day.

      Hope these help!

I recently read this blog: https://www.saastr.com/smb-sales-reps-how-low-can-you-and-your-acv-go/

They have mentioned if you have $99/mo subscription plan you can still do outbound but you should be able to close it in 1 call.

My current cadence is 5-6 emails and 5 calls within 22 days.
