The usual suspects
Seems the usual places to post include right here on IH (🙌), Product Hunt, Hacker News and Reddit Side Project. I launched my project Product Names a little over a week ago and started out posting right here on IH. Highly recommend starting out here if you’re an active participant! This morning, I posted on Reddit Side Project but am quite new to Reddit so we’ll see! You can check out my post here, have I got the usual posting locations right? Anyone posted at the usual four? How'd it go?
If you're planning to post more on Reddit, I highly recommend using this free tool called Delay for Reddit that helps you find the best time & day of the week to post on Reddit. I've used it several times and have experienced really good results - e.g.: this post of mine went semi-viral when I posted on r/webdev a while ago.
Love what you're doing with ProductNames btw! I'm actually doing something pretty similar with One Word Domains - feel free to head over there to get some inspiration for your future posts (and let me know when you find good names, that makes me really happy haha)!
