Hey, I'm the founder of Sparrow which is a growth advising platform for founders. We teach founders to scale effectively, over a 90-day period.
The more I talk with intelligent founders, the more I realize that much of actually scaling a company comes from doing rather than listening to mentorship/advice. I know that very well. And so do our advisors.

WHO
