The wait is over... The biggest language exchange platform is almost here!

Hey Indie Hackers! It’s been a while since my last update — but I’m back with some exciting news.

I'm super close to hitting 100 sign-ups on the early access list for my upcoming language exchange platform! 🎉
What's crazy is that I haven’t been actively promoting the landing page lately, yet sign-ups are still coming in — a sign that some of the earlier marketing efforts are still working their magic.

Here's a quick rundown of the tools I used:

• Carrd for the landing page

• EmailOctopus for collecting emails

• Google Analytics to track page views

One challenge I’ve run into: I can’t see exactly where each sign-up is coming from. I’d love to get better insights so I can double down on the most effective marketing channels — if anyone has tips on how to fix this, I’m all ears!

Once we hit 100 on the waitlist, the next step is building the MVP. I’ve got some incredibly talented devs onboard, and we’re focused on making sure the launch goes smoothly.
