The work suite

Going from one side of the problem, being what you are billing to someone to the other side which is what is it costing me I made the jump to creating a work suite, which will act ideally as the one source of truth for everything. You can scan invoices into it and manage them against projects, so you track your costs against what you charged, I even folded in time tracking for billable hours, per employee if needed and a warning system that lets you know if you are close or over your margin threshold, you keep all of the proof in one location and it becomes an easy hand off to an accountant so you now get tax right on both sides of the equation not just the billing side. Another upside when you utilize the work suite is you can quote using actual costs you've paid for projects, should take some of the guess work out of what you need to charge someone and less pain points or shock when the bill is finalized.
