That makes eleven.
This may feel a bit unwieldy at first. But it's my experience that we typically (and unfortunately) lose half along the journey.
HOUSEKEEPING ISSUE #1: Hashtag to find our comrades quickly.
Option A: #TheNonCommittals (Good movie title. But not terribly representative as we are committing to something. )
Option B: #CommitmentLite
Option C: #DirtyDozen (But may soon be #DirtySix)
Option D: #TheCommittals
Option E: Others?
HOUSEKEEPING ISSUE #2: At the very least, we're committing to at least one official check in (scheduled) and one peer check in (impromptu).
For the scheduled, I'm thinking I throw up a post Friday Night and we all have the weekend to post our check ins at our leisure. Thoughts?
For the impromptu, fair game for anyone to post. We check first to see if a comrade has posted for the day (using our #hashtag) and roll into that one. If not, any comrade may fire up the post for the day at will. Posting for anyone more than once throughout the week is optional. Thoughts?

I sort of like #TheNonCommittals...
I'm tempted to even record these, just to see how it changes over time. I've always found that talking leads to different and better places than typing. That could be a cool thing to see in action.
And zoom definitely is an option for me. I use it for stand-ups on the daily at the day job.

H2: Weekend check in is cool by me for scheduled. And count me In for any comrade posting the impromptu.
H3: Do we want to try a bi-weekly Zoom meet up? Shall we get cracking this week or next?
H1: #TheNonCommittals it's contrary to the general belief we're committing to something which is interesting to me but either one the majority goes with I'm fine with.
