Wordpress has plugin from Google team itself. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/)
Ghost has in-built support for AMP and this tutorial shows creating AMP theme for Ghost (https://ghost.org/tutorials/custom-amp-themes-2/)

Unstack (https://www.unstack.com) converts all blog content into AMP pages by default. RoboAMP (https://roboamp.com/) is an add on to websites to convert them to AMP enabled pages.
Google has categorically said that they will not be prioritizing AMP links in search results, which would signify that the demand for AMP is probably going to come down. Once 5G becomes "real", the mobile user experience will be super fast even without AMP.
