There's no early mover advantage if you can't build/don't have a distribution
We built an AI Headshots app (http://proface.club) in December 2022 using SD 2.1, when the market was still hot with SD 1.5 Avatar apps such as AvatarAI & Profile Picture.
We launched our product on PH and received a fairly okayish response and the traffic dwindled down over the last two months. But, then something magical happened.
The Makers of ProfilePicture AI released their headshots app (3 months after our launch) and the headshot market became 🔥🔥🔥. Our traffic is growing again and we're doing more and more users every day.

I was confused by the title, but this is a pretty interesting insight actually. Also can be a lesson to not freak out too much when someone else pops up in the same space that you might be working in. Cheers to you guys
