Thinking about pivoting my agency to a productized service...at $4,600 MRR

I've been inspired recently by Brett from Design Joy, and a handful of other small agency owners who run a productized service.

I currently run a small design + marketing studio - www.longweekend.xyz. It's a small team, and I am seriously considering pivoting to a productized model.

We have the bandwidth to offer unlimited design services, which would help with recurring revenue.

I'm curious if anyone in the design/marketing space has successfully pivoted their model and what their experience was like.
