Thinking about starting a podcast about Asian startups and makers

I've been playing with this idea about starting a podcast interviewing lesser-known Asian startups that have been successful in their country/area, but are just not that well known in the Western world.

I'm born and raised in Asia, but I realized I knew very little about the Asian tech startup scene, so it's also a learning experience.

However, I wonder if this is something that'll be interesting to the general audience, especially the Western startup scene?

The idea isn't 100% shaped up yet, but would love a bit of feedback!

      Hey thanks!

Do it. I'm living in Asia and definitely will listen to your podcast. Sometimes a lot of developers here are trying to replicate some USA startups and they are not working during specific Asian culture.

The startup scene in China alone would be its own podcast! I read somewhere that 10,000 startups a day are launched in China alone. Not sure how accurate that is. Perhaps you could start there 😉

This was the first thing I thought too. I bet there's some awesome stuff going on that I never hear about until they're a multi-billion dollar company.
