Thinking about starting an Affiliates Program for my course and looking for thoughts/experiences

I am looking to increase the visibility of my Learn AWS By Using It course to other audiences. So I have been thinking about starting an Affiliates Program since this is a fairly lightweight thing to implement.

I am curious if others here have any experience with this? I am looking to learn more about how you brought affiliates on board, negotiated terms, and what kind of business increase did you see.
