Thinking of building some fun tools to help podcasters with audience growth
From helping creating shareable content, transcribing podcasts for better search-ability/indexing to distributing content on social media and drip campaigns, anything goes. Would love to hear from podcasters on what would benefit the most

Working at a podcast network & producing multiple successful shows that have charted in the iTunes top 10 the top 3 components to growth are:
1.) A clear theme for the show (you should really have a mission statement for your podcast, what are you trying to achieve? DO NOT just BS with your buddies)
2.) Amazing & compelling guests coupled with the ability to relate to your target audience
3.) QUALITY, it should sound & look great!
We're just starting to record right now. We're looking for a tool that makes it so we don't have to manually timestamp our podcasts for each major point that comes up.

We want to make it so people who are coming to our podcasts can find specific points where we mention something.
i.e. Talk about the business' first year revenues occurs at the 6:53 mark of the podcast.
