Thinking of Starting a Remote Video Editing Business Agency. Any Suggestions?

I am posting this post because I really would like to have an opinion from other people on what I am planning or thinking to do. Having no one around to talk or confront ideas but just a laptop is making things hard to make up my mind. I believe reading other people thoughts or suggestions would be better and I would higly appreciate anyone commenting on this post or leaving their thoughts. Thanks in advance!

THE IDEA

The idea I do have in my mind is to set up a website and start offering specific video editing services for YouTubers, Ecommerce Owners, and Website Owners. Having being myself a video editor in the past I know how to handle this job. Also, I have been running myself a YouTube channel in the past and I was running an online travel business too. Athe beginning I would start editing the videos myself just to see how it goes and later I will be looking for freelancers and hire them to work for me.

The type of video editing services I am thinking on focusing would be the following:

-> Basic Video Editing for YouTube (No animation just real footage);

-> Short Video Ads for Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Istagram and other social media platforms (I will create a video of 15 secs with the product they want to promote or sell on Shopify or other ecommerce platforms).

-> Video for website's owners or Startup (I will create a one minute video with the service the company want to sell or promote through their website or simply an introduction video of the company).

-> In addition to that I will also add extra services such as the creation of Thumbails for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook posts as well as video marketing tips on how to post their videos online, this would lead me to eventually offer a paid video marketing consultancy on zoom or skype.

WHO I WANT TO TARGET WITH MY AGENCY?

My services will be for online content creators and shopify owners, or online solopreneurs who need someone who can edit their video fast and professionally based on their needs and ideas. My service should be for someone who does not have the skills to edit a video or someone who does not have the time to do it alone or someone who just want a professional video that look great, convert, and engage people.

I would first start targeting English Speakers, then proceeding with my native language, if the idea get attractions. People might send me their footage or I might find free copyright clips online to use and then start editing.

I know there are many video editing softwares outside and a lot of video editor freelancers on Fivver or Upwork, but what I want to do is to offer an alternative niche service to this market of editing video online focusing on the services I wrote above.

I checked the market and there is a huge demand for remote video editors and of course there are also competitors outside. However, nowadays people have specific needs. I just want to hear your thoughts on this.

Please note that I am not keen in building a video production company, my idea is to stick to online editing videos for social platforms only. Something like that!

WHY I WANT TO START A BUSINESS?

I used to run a travel business for the past 10 years but unfortunately the global pandemic and the ongoing war with Russia in Ukraine have swept away my business and so my income. I also thought in starting an ecommerce in dropshipping or a blog about how to start a business online but there are millions of people doing already this and I think is better I focus on something more pragmatic. Looking for a job would be my last option! LOL
