Thinking to write an eBook
I am thinking to write an ebook targeting bloggers who might want to start selling their products online. What makes more sense a step by step walkthrough or more of a high level overview of what's involved? Or is ebook a dead format for this kind of stuff? Should I do video trainings? Please give me some ideas. Thank you.
My instinct is that most people want actionable information and therefore a step-by-step structure would feel more valuable to them. But is it really “either or”? Couldn’t you include an overview as well, perhaps in a summarised form?

The safe bet would be to actually start writing a newsletter or create a drip sequence for people to start engaging via emails slowly than an adhoc ebook.
You can still do a ebook once you have enough content from your newsletters.
