Well. To sell domain names you should buy them first. And it's much more than just $5000. Sorry, it's called domain squatting and old as world. What's unique or unusual here?

Ok, if I got it right. You created 204 non-premium domain names and then added a markup and sold thru gumroad. Great idé!
How you reach your target group would be interesting to know more about. Did you just use Twitter or maybe FB groups?
So basically agency owners are lazy, don't have domain name ideas and don't know how to use namecheap...
