This is my second attempt as an IH. AMA!

So, my story:

I'm from Mexico a Software Engineer in 2020 when the pandemic hit I was about to go to work in Europe. I started working remotely but the schedules were brutal! So, I thought economic crises are the perfect opportunities to build something new and disrupting and I went to start branding.gq

I had been learning NLP (Natural Language Processing) for a year, and I saw too much potential to build cool products. I started looking at the analytics tool around, and none of them was using it. Twitter was perfect, almost pure text, and beloved by the startup community. So I went, got some customers but eventually lose steam.

My main obstacles were:

Lack of Mkt, and Social Media knowledge. Before starting to code, I needed to learn what generates growth.
Lack of self-confidence. To be honest, daily I had to convenience myself I was able to make it.
Curiosity, as I went through the rabbit hole of my first (serious) project I doubted if there were better and more straightforward uses to NLP. So I created Cortazar, Borgez & Suss.

Eventually, I decided to accept a consulting short-term contract at (another) promising startup. Now that the contract is coming to an end. I feel recharged and ready for a second stint. Some of the steps I'm doing differently this time:

I decided that for the first 4 months, I'm going to enjoy the experience. No worries.
I'm writing a business plan to organize my ideas and focus on execution when I'm full-time at it.
I'm simplifying the project, giving it a more clear value proposition, and leveraging more the NLP aspect of it.
I'm using a scraped dataset from one of the other side-projects.
I will be very creative about the business model.
I'm reading Marc Benioff's bio & startup playbook. Some of the ideas related to charity and PR are deeply interesting.
I'm setting a precise financial objective, it will probably be for the next 8 years and enough so I can dedicate to my passion: writing.
