Very interesting model. It has potential, and I like the way it helps to break the "I don't have experience so can't get a job, I don't have a job so I have no experience" cycle. And there are rules in place, very strict rules it appears, to make sure this just isn't a service to take advantage of new people in the industry (so one could argue). Best of luck!
