This is so cool! First user results :)

I've decided I'll build an MVP to validate my idea. The decision to have the MVP instead of a waitlist or other pre-coding validations was because the product I'm building is a solution to a real pain I experienced as a SaaS owner.

After I interviewed many SaaS founders and customer success execs, I had mixed feelings about the product. I thought that maybe they are right when they say, "We don't believe that having an off-boarding flow can actually prevent users from leaving the subscription" The consensus was the if a user decided to click the cancel button, they will cancel eventually. But there were no data to support or refute this theory, so I kept going and finally got our first customer to signup, and the results are great:

Churndler results
*It's important to mention that the customer is aware and agreed to share the above results.

In just a few days, we can see that more than half of the customers who clicked the cancel button eventually did not cancel, and more so, they provided valuable feedback about why they want to cancel and asked for support instead of leaving.
I'm so excited about these early results because our product is being used in production, and we are reducing churn by 55% !!

I hope we keep up with these great numbers and will make sure to update our progress.

Cheers,
