This is where clinic websites break

Patients find aesthetic clinics on Google (IG, Reddit..) , then go to the website to decide.

And that’s where it breaks.

They have simple questions:
Is this right for me? Do they even offer it? What happens after? What is better?

But most clinic sites don’t answer clearly.
The information is there — just hard to understand. Too many pages.

Or they throw a “chat” that just asks for your email.
Or worse — it starts collecting personal data before you even get an answer.

A lot of these “AI chats” are basically weekend projects.
ChatGPT in a custom UI, not built for healthcare at all.

No one wants to “leave their details” just to understand something basic.

So people leave.

Not because the clinic isn’t good.
Just because nothing was clear in that moment.

I kept seeing this again and again, so I built iGlowly.

Not another chatbot.

Something that actually answers questions — properly, in a healthcare-safe way.

That part matters. You can’t just plug ChatGPT into a medical site and hope for the best.

So I built a structured medical library behind it, based on real treatments.
No guessing, no hallucinations. No content writing.

And I didn’t want to deal with personal data at all.

So it’s privacy-first by design:
no stored conversations, no PII — but clinics still see what patients are trying to understand.

The idea is simple:

If a patient gets a clear answer, they stay.
If they stay, they move forward.

That’s it.
