This post is for each & every fellow founder that is working tirelessly to build something, knowing how tough the journey is, mentally.

To all of you, I am willing to support YOU.

Choosing the entrepreneurial path always brings with itself a host of mental health issues, majorly loneliness.

It is tough when you work so hard, but have no one to share your happiness/ sorrow with, because you had no other choice but to detach yourself from others to build your Startup.
It is tough when you work so hard, but everything about you & your startup is judged through numbers - revenue, users, downloads, visits, likes, etc.

I want to let you know that I am willing to help you brighten up your day. I am willing to listen to your struggles, your accomplishments & share your pain & happiness. I am willing to be there for you, in your tough times, without judging you.

If you feel fit, email me (anshagrawal@joinrealtalk.co), or choose a slot (https://www.joinrealtalk.co/free-peer-support) with me for a virtual call, & I'd be more than happy to talk to you.

If you aren't comfortable with a call or revealing your identity, you can try RealTalk (www.joinrealtalk.co) to chat one-on-one with peers willing to support you.

I hope I could be of some help to you!

Cheers!

P.S. I am not looking to self-promote in any way. If you feel that this is a self-promoting post, let me know to take it down.

Meanwhile, I'd love to hear more about the mental struggles you faced as a Founder.

Personally, I have felt lonely at times, given that I kind of distanced myself from my friends to some extent, so that I could focus on my startup. However, I realize that this isn't worth it.
Therefore, I am going to try & balance both.
