This week: $2.24B across 7 fresh SEC Form D filings

Sharing this week's numbers from Funding Signals, the tool I've been building that scores every SEC Form D filing the day it's published.

Seven filings this week combined for $2.24B in fresh capital — the biggest week I've tracked so far:

  1. Flexential — $800M, Other Technology (score 86)
  2. QuantumLight — $432M, Other Technology (score 86)
  3. Higgsfield — $400M, Other Technology (score 86)
  4. Tejon Treating & Carbon Solutions — $295M, Oil & Gas (score 83)
  5. 599 Holdings — $240.5M, Construction (score 90)
  6. Hopscotch Primary Care — $53M, Health Care (score 84)
  7. Vertical Insure — $21M, Other Technology (score 90)

What I keep noticing: most "funding news" coverage skews hard toward SaaS/AI, but the Form D data itself doesn't care about vertical — construction and oil & gas companies file the exact same form, on the exact same schedule, and nobody's building sales tooling around them.

Happy to answer questions about the scoring model or the SEC EDGAR pipeline underneath it.
