Those with wellness/fitness goals, would you mind critiquing my site?

Is coaching purely online or has in person angle? More info on locations/timezones where coaches are available

    Good stuff:

    1. Logo
    2. Colours
    3. The goals grid and onboarding questionnaire

    Require improvement:

    1. Hero image - too dry and doesn't represent wellness
    2. Typography - letter spacing is more which is making the website look a little empty and hard to read. Try some good font pairings (https://fontpair.co) and explore best practices
    3. Copy can be improved in terms of improving clarity. Eg., "Joyast combines your wellness data with professional coaching to make your best habits stick." is a little confusing because you are a wellness coaching app, not habit tracking app
    4. The i at the top right of each item in the goals grid is confusing
    5. The generic illustrations should be replaced with something more bespoke or at least customized a bit more
    6. "x Coaches focus on this" - C can be small letter

    Missing:

    1. Pricing information
    2. Company information
    3. Legalese
    4. Social proof (if any)

Hey, just a quick thing I wanted to point out, your background image of the footprints in the sand is pretty large at 2.4MB.

If you run it through a tool like https://tinypng.com/ it'll reduce the size without losing image quality. This'll reduce the overall size of your site and mean it loads quicker for users.

Other than that your landing page seems clean and clear on what the aim is. I went through some of the steps in the questionnaire and I found it a nice, slick user journey.
