Thoughts on a weekly sales competition for founders?

I launched Sprint (https://trysprint.com) last week. The idea is to run a friendly competition for founders to grow your sales every week. Gamifying marketing week if you will!

Would love to get a harsh but constructive roast of this idea. What's confusing, missing or just not interesting about this idea? What are your first thoughts when hearing this idea as a founder?
