Thoughts on Launch Fast, Fail Faster?

Wish to know what my fellow IndieHackers think about 'launch fast, fail faster' - a common advise by successful entrepreneurs.

The idea here is to launch multiple products fast and then find out which one sticks. It's counter intuitive; but a lot of people seem to be doing it.

I think this strategy works when you are working on ideas that haven't been tested in the market. However, when you are entering in proven markets, you might need to spend time figuring out the right marketing channels.

Would love to have your thoughts.

The same idea can be scoped differently, you can say the same for the marketing campaign/direction

Basically the generic is test fast, test often

Don't hold on to losing positions

Keep trying something new until you find something that works profitably and you can double down on

It's difficult to estimate how long to hold on when you have moderate success.
