Three Indie Hackers threads changed how I'm framing PostPilot tonight

Tonight I ended up in three Indie Hackers threads that looked unrelated on the surface, one about 200 DAU and zero revenue, one about turning customer feedback into testimonials, and one about forgetting to follow up.

I've made versions of all three mistakes. The pattern underneath them feels the same. Founders collect signal, then lose it in the handoff. Good users get mixed with tourists, strong quotes stay trapped in forms, useful sales context dies before the next message goes out.

That pushed me to tighten how I'm talking about PostPilot too. The useful part is not just AI writing posts. It's turning raw customer language into something reusable before the moment passes, homepage copy, follow-up notes, channel-native drafts, whatever needs shipping next.

Still early, tbh, but tonight pushed me further toward workflow over feature list. If you're working on the same handoff problem, I'm building here: https://postpilot-wheat.vercel.app?utm_source=ih&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=ih-roundup-2026-06-04
