Three launch threads later, I think founders underprice the trust layer

I spent tonight replying to founders shipping CRMs, trainer SaaS, and AI tools. Different products, same snag: launch is not what breaks, trust drift does.

The product changes fast. Stripe gets added. Analytics changes. A booking tool shows up. Suddenly the privacy page is describing last week's stack while new visitors are deciding whether to hand over client data. thats a conversion problem, not legal theater.

I'm building PrivacyForge for exactly that boring gap. It watches the real stack and keeps the policy synced instead of turning it into a one-time PDF chore.

Curious how other people handle this after launch, do you treat privacy docs like setup, or like part of the product surface?
