Three QR founders brought me back to the same boring problem

I spent tonight replying to three Indie Hackers posts from people building QR tools, and I kept circling back to the same gap.

Free generators, pretty frames, even analytics dashboards are easy to copy. The part that still feels underbuilt is what happens after print, when one flyer goes stale, one table card underperforms, and nobody can tell which physical placement actually earned the scan.

Thats why I'm narrowing ScanLoop around two things: editable destinations after print, and scan history by placement so one dead code doesnt turn into a blind reprint.
