Three things happened today that made this feel official.

We held our first tri-founder standup. Me, Matt, Andrew — all three in a call together for the first time as a proper team. We went through technical status, product alignment, and what needs to happen between now and July 15. Clear roles, clear ownership, no ambiguity. That meeting will now happen every day.

We formed the company. Cup of Joe Solutions LLC is incorporated. It's the legal entity behind Skoolit. Naming the company is a different kind of naming challenge than naming the product — you want something that can hold multiple things over time without being confusing. We went warm and human. Cup of Joe felt right for a company built around helping parents get through their mornings without chaos.

Equity is settled. Every founder knows their stake. That's the kind of thing that creates problems if you leave it ambiguous. We didn't leave it ambiguous.

Company structure, team alignment, legal entity — the scaffolding that doesn't ship but makes everything else shippable.
