Epic: product validation by sharing my landing page to a bunch of forums (including indiehackers), finish rough prototype of mobile application.
Yesterday: Decided and purchased domain name for landing page, installed the SSL certificate, and deployed rough, unresponsive landing page.
Today: Make landing page responsive, make the design more appealing, create zapier integration to automatically send emails to people who subscribe to my newsletter.

@egan during your landing page feedback chats are customers mentioning how much they invest in entertainment or infotainment? Your site made me think of a movement back in 2006. Where folks across the globe would meet & sketch at the same time. I did it a couple of times back then.
Landing page coming along nicely! Lots of white space under the hero image, and the ios/Android icons could use some visual separation from the very bottom of the page. You are an artist?
01 - soft launch: Have the base application/library, documentation (both manual and API), and build tools publically accessible. Have license terms and sales flow (either contact or direct payment gateway) on the site.
02 - done: current sbt build plugin milestone.
03 - Goal today is: weekly sync; review wordpress ansible product for partner; TBD
04 - in thread
05 - This milestone was to validate the initial build setup part of the developer experience. The common case being extending the base server with components specific to your business.
The plugin will enable the initial build setup to be (almost exactly):
https://gist.github.com/coreyoconnor/5edc34da36f14633919a4b1d9fdc5f99
which would result in a server build equivalent to the base server customized with a fixed name: the expected initial build.

@Aadhi Good thoughts re exploring without pre-selection of a concept. I like where your head's at with remote work research.

Cool! What technology did you apply to build the reverse proxy?
It's built on dotnet core. Simple enough to hook in with some custom middleware that intercepts and redirects based on path contents. I have user validation and address forwarding bits to build yet, but the actual intercept and redirect turned out to be simpler than I hoped. Since it's a pass-through, lightweight and fast is very important...dotnet core wins all around there by many benchmarks, and only gets faster when the next version drops and I upgrade.
Excellent. I've also read good things about .net core. I work with Akka on scala. akka.net is becoming, arguably, a better version of akka haha. Definitely interested in trying it out... someday.

@egan for shipping & seeking customer validation! Keep the feedback & insight coming.
I love the idea of a playbook! Looking forward to setting up one of these myself
@Davey no need to look forward to it... you can start building & using one now.
Granted, I'm still in the early stages, but it's my rules of engagement. First, I'm focusing on creating a process that optimizes customer behaviors, my strengths, and weaknesses. I'm adding steps that work for the customer and for me and ditching the rest. Most importantly, I'm starting to blacklist my bad habits and replace it w/ simple goods habits that supports my sales effort.
Here're few resources, I'm looking into right now.
