The last post brought in 127 subscribers ( https://dev.to/michaelandreuzza/i-have-put-together-a-file-with-color-and-typography-styles-for-web-developers-and-digital-designers-it-s-free-t-use-and-copy-30go ) but is slowing down to 6-8 daily.

• Launched updated UX for our travel journal. What started out as a simple change (allow back dating of posts) turned into a complete overhaul for how posts are stored and managed.

• Sprints mapped for February

• Identified social channels for The Arcadia Report
• Established accounts + emails

Today:

• Joined Indie Hackers (hi all! 😁)
• Finish blog setup
• Draft newsletter strategy + content design

Try to contact different growth hackers and establish a strategy for promoting it
Fix bugs in UI and scrapers process and add some small touches users suggested.
