TikTok introduces Search Ads

TikTok has just introduced search ads. Here's where they'll appear:

The opportunity for indie hackers: TikTok has been one of the fastest growing social networks. And we all know that people also use social networks to search for things. Some of the keywords they type might be relevant to your own product. Use this as an opportunity to get some cheap clicks compared to advertising on Google, for example, where you can pay several $ for one click alone.

This seems like something that might really help growing businesses in putting the word out. especially for e-commerce I think that can lead to increased sales if used effeciently. I guess it all depends on the price vs clicks ratio.

I wonder if this would work for a service? maybe use a cool motion graphics ad that links out to a lead magnet for a service
